Lilli was able to help me realize the full capacity of Evernote. She also trained me in an organizational system that has really helped me stay on top of a big list of things to do. I am using Evernote in a far more savvy way than before and keeping better track of everything that I have going on. I love Lilli! She was super helpful & inspiring.

Lilli helped me understand Evernote, and especially how to use it for time management. She combined a Getting Things Done approach with the Evernote software and the result was an elegant way to track things and organize my priorities. I feel much more in control of my life, and enjoy the sales process, which I didn’t think could ever happen. I loved working with Lilli. It was fun and impactful.

The Evernote to do list is really helpful. Plus, when I feel bogged down by email, I hear Lilli’s voice in my mind. Lilli was non-judgmental, which helped a ton. Also, she didn’t have a one sized fits all approach.

Lilli is very competent and capable at all aspects of organization. Moreover, she is kind, caring and accommodating. She is a pure pleasure to work with! I enjoyed her presence in my home, and her practical tools for putting computer-based organization into practice. She was easy and fun to be with; she is resourceful – if she doesn’t have a solution for a problem in the moment, she will find one and follow up! Lilli brings a calm and lovely energy with her into your home or office, and life’s organizational challenges improve with her skillful help.

It’s not easy to have someone come into your home and see your mess and tell you what you’re doing wrong. But Lilli does it with such grace, and ease and good humor, she makes what is usually a chore into a pleasure. And she’s not shy about sharing what she knows, so while she’s helping you get organized, you’re also learning how to stay organized.

I would recommend Lilli to anyone who wants to become more efficient and effective in their everyday life.
I wanted to become more organized. Once I read about Evernote and initially used it things starting to come together in regards to how I could attain my goal of organization. After working with Lilli for a few hours my organizational skills improved by using Evernote. Lilli was excellent and efficient in understanding my needs and how Evernote could be used to meet my needs. Her understanding and explanation of Evernote was extremely helpful. I now feel more in control because I’m able to act upon my tasks all the time and have achieved a better balance between work and personal life.

Lilli was fantastic! In terms of my digital space, Lilli provided invaluable insight into the current system I was using and how it was impeding my organization and subsequent productivity. She brought me to the realization that systems I had in place to manage my volumes of received emails was not efficient. In fact, it actually led to more work for myself. A simple change of using the archive system has taken “organize my inbox” off of my task list. A huge relief!
The lasting impact has been that I am feeling more in control of my digital space and it is far less cluttered. The absence of a jammed packed inbox has lightened both my physical and psychological workload.
I appreciated Lilli’s work process. Through our comfortable conversation we were able to authentically uncover the problem to be solved. I couldn’t have imagined how a small change could make such a huge impact on my workday and work life. Lilli was a treat to work with and I would recommend her to colleagues.

My goal is to make you self-sufficient. Nothing makes me happier than touching base with you a month after our last session to learn that you’ve made me obsolete.
Every client is unique. I don’t come in with any preconceived notions or set agenda. I respond to the needs and goals of each individual client.
Things go better with good humor and a sense of fun. I want my clients to look forward to their sessions with me. Deep, lasting productivity happens when we transform chores into pleasurable activities.
Change is hard. No one can grow and learn when they feel judged and criticized. I treat all clients with patience and respect.
In addition to the practical advice Lilli gave me on different organizational techniques, I also walked away with a deeper understanding of how anxiety about my workload can make getting things done all the more challenging. I have a tendency to try and make many changes all at once and Lilli reminded me that the best way to make changes that will stick is to introduce one thing at a time. She encouraged me to set up a weekly check-in during which I would disconnect from the internet and phone to focus on what is happening at work and what needs to get done the next day. Lilli also suggested making it a routine that I enjoyed — maybe while I have a good cup of coffee or glass of wine, etc. — so that it was something I look forward to doing. It ends up being a peaceful 30 minutes or so that allows me to much more effective at work.
I feel much more in control at work and at peace with all that has to happen having the confidence in the way I’m working. It’s a relief to be able to focus on what I’m doing, knowing that I’m on top of the stuff to come.
